How does the warranty work for you dog ball?
Warranty applies to the 10" Big Daddy & 6" Unbreakoball dog ball products Only. Other tough dog toy products on this site are not applicable. If your dog breaks the Unbreakoball within 90 days of reciept of order, we will replace it guaranteed! Email us regarding the broken product. We will email a return form to you. Fill out the form. Send the form & ball back to us. We will send you a new Unbreakoball dog ball of the same size. Offer is limited to (1) Unbreakoball dog ball per dog ball purchased.
Question does the toughest dog ball float?
Yes the 6" Unbreakoball dog ball does float. Not the best but it does. Put it this way...It Doesn't sink. The Big Daddy Unbreakoball dog ball does not float very well.
What are the Indestructible Unbreakoball dog balls made of?
Our dog ball is made from a safe, non toxic, high strength polyethylene plastic. The same type of material that is commonly used in most all food handling industries.
Does the Tough Unbreakoball dog ball bounce?
The Unbreakoball Dog Ball does bounce, but not like a rubber ball.
How do you classify a broken Unbreakoball dog ball?
We will not replace an Unbreakoball dog ball that has only superficial scratches and gouges regardless of how deep. In short the Unbreakoball dog ball must have penetration holes in the surface, other then the ones originally in place. See our policy page for more info.
Can I put the Unbreakoball dog ball in the Dishwasher?
Yes the Unbreakoball dog ball is dishwasher safe.
Is the Unbreakoball dog ball a chew toy?
The intended use of the Unbreakoball dog ball product line is to be a fun, interactive Dog Ball that you can use & play with your pet. It is an extremely durable dog ball but it is NOT intended to be used primarily as a Chew Toy.
How can I make my dog be more interrested in playing with the Unbreakoball dog ball?
We suggest putting small pieces of your pets favorite snacks inside the Unbreakoball dog ball. But be warned you may want to stand back!
